How do I gain weight? Tell me how to gain muscle fast?
Men especially are always asking “How do I gain weight?” Many men are obsessed with how to get big or how to gain weight in the form of muscle. There are three key components in the process of how to gain muscle fast. It should be noted, fast for one person might be slow for another. Every body is different when it comes to chemistry and reaction to stimulus. It is a bad idea to compare the body of one person to another and strive to be like someone else, that other person has a completely different body chemistry and therefore will build muscles different. Their method of how to gain muscle will be very different. The good thing is that muscle weighs more than fat and building enough muscle will help to cut out fat, but like every good thing, it shouldn’t be over done.
In the quest of how to gain muscle fast, exercise is the ticket.
First and most obviously is Exercise. Exercise builds the strength in muscles. It also produces micro tears in the muscles. The increased stress levels both build the muscle and damage them.
Secondly, nutrition is just as important. As far as how to put weight on, this helps immensely. Proper nutrition helps to repair the micro tears in the muscles produced by exercise. Protein is used highly in building muscle.
Rest, the 3rd secret of how to gain muscle fast
Thirdly, and most importantly is rest. This allows the body to rest and inevitably how to get weight in the major muscles. Rest also helps in the repair of those micro tears created by exercise. If no rest occurs, the muscles will have no time to rest. It’s a good idea to give at least a day for a set of muscles to rest.
Less conducive to building muscle, is properly stretching. This however is better for the health of bigger muscles. Doing the same muscle exercises over and over without proper stretching can lead to a shortening of muscles. For every 30 minutes of muscle building there should be 10 minutes of warm up stretching and 10 minutes of cool down stretching. Stretching also helps muscles become more cut while not damaging them as much. Stretching can also increase the flexibility of muscles making them more useful. Using exercises like Yoga or Pilates can also help with the support muscles around the major muscle groups to build stronger ligaments and tendons.
